Abstract
Our Canadian correspondent, Anita Brooks Kirkland, describes the alarming progress, since her 2023 Synergy article, of book banning in Canada. Brooks Kirkland discusses the relationship of this issue to the staffing issues facing by school libraries, developments in the USA, and our need in Australia to be forewarned and wary.
