Abstract

Christine Lean describes the valuable learning that she experienced in 2013 as part of the Seeing Learning professional development undertaken at her school, an Independent Schools Victoria PD series led by Dr Julie Landvogt. The professional learning focused on improved pedagogical practices based on focussed observation.
